Well, if I can remember how to post these blogs then it will be awesome. :) We are doing all our last minute packing and will be leaving for Africa tomorrow, June 9. Please pray for safety as we travel and for God to use us in mighty ways while we're there! Also, please pray for all of our family and friends staying behind. I know it is a challenge for our kids who miss us but they will be having a wonderful vacation with their Aunt and Uncle.
Feel free to make comments on this blog while we are there. It is a huge encouragement to us to hear from home and we will make sure all messages get passed along to the appropriate people. Thank you!

ReplyDeleteAs we all in our own way are "out on a limb" with Him, my prayer for the last two days, has been that you might know Him in the things He has put before you to do and experience, that you (and I) might desire Him (desiring His desires to be desirable and come to pass), and to be available, teachable and faithful to Him, and that He will reveal Himself to us, particularly through our brokenness and weakness...Praying for you often. Love you all.
I am so excited for ya'll. I will miss being there this year, but I am thinking and praying for you all and the work you will be carrying out. May God's love overflow in your hearts so that you can bring Him to others. Always remember, He will supply ALL your needs in Christ Jesus.
